Design Features:

• Snug-Fit Snap: Engineered for a tight, high-pressure fit. Once snapped onto the truss, it stays put even under vibration. Note: Due to the secure grip, some force is required for removal.
• Fully Scalable: If you need a wider contact area or a more heavy-duty clip, simply adjust it in your slicer. Disable "Uniform Scale" and increase only the Z-axis height to your preference.

Print Recommendations:

• Materials: While PETG is ideal for long-term flexibility, this model has been extensively tested in PLA for cost-effective mass production (since these clips often get lost during teardowns).
• Orientation: Print lying flat on the bed (as shown in photos)
• Perimeters: max wall loops to handle the tension of the snap-fit without snapping the plastic.

Maker Tip: Since these are quick to print, I recommend running a few dozen in different colors to easily color-code your signal and power lines on the rig!
