Honda Starter Adapter Kit for Bcs Engine

Description
Hello, I designed and created this adapter kit for a Honda pull starter on a Bcs engine. I made it because I needed to facilitate starting and couldn't find the original part due to an outdated model. It fits Bcs engines with engine code: ALN330WB.
The kit consists of 3 parts entirely 3D Printed:
- Outer spacer with a diameter for screwing it onto the original engine casing of Ø190 and hole diameter for Honda starter of Ø160. The part is made of PETG Basic using supports
- Central cone for engagement on the crankshaft, made of ASA to have a more durable material for temperature and mechanical resistance.
- Mounting flange for the original cylinder to transmit the starter's rotation to the engine; this component can also be printed in PETG Basic.
For printing, it is recommended to leave the component positions as pre-arranged.
For assembly, the following are needed:
- 5 M5x16 Screws + 5 M5 self-locking nuts
- 3 M6x16 Screws + 3 M6 self-locking nuts
- 6 M6x16 Screws + 3 M6 self-locking nuts
- 4 M6x12 Screws with Allen head
