Drawing on the shortcomings of the first upright print version, an improved and customizable flat-print version has been developed. This eliminates potential cracking issues during assembly, reduces weight, and makes installation easier.
1. Measure the width of the screen window groove to determine the thickness of the window seal. The actual measurement was 9mm, but since the lower part is tighter, an 8mm thickness was chosen.

2. Measure the depth of the screen window groove. The actual measurement was 20mm. This value is recorded as A and will be used later to calculate the window seal width.

3. Measure the slot width required for the window seal. The overlapping part (thickest) in the diagram measures 3.64, so a 4mm slot width was chosen.

4. Measure the length of the protrusion on the edge that extends beyond the window frame. The actual measurement was 5mm. This value is recorded as B and will be used later to calculate the window seal width.

5. Measure the inner height of the window frame. The actual measurement was 1336mm. Calculation formula: Inner height = Length (top) + Length (middle) + Length (bottom) - Top groove depth - Bottom groove depth.
Example: 1336 = 250 + 240 + 240 + 240 + 236 + 150 - 10 - 10, where 250 is the top length, 240 and 236 are the middle lengths, and 150 is the bottom length.
The actual total length can be 1-2mm smaller than the measured data to prevent it from being too long and impossible to install.

6. Calculate the window seal width. Calculation formula: Window seal width = A + B + 28 + 5 + 5. A and B are as described above, 28 is the mesh port width, and 5 is the installation space reserved for the connector.
Example: 20 + 5 + 28 + 5 + 5 = 63. Here, my actual production was 60mm, and the space was quite tight. Therefore, it is recommended that the total width of the window seal be no less than 60.
7. Rain shield installation: install with the protruding side against the mesh opening.


Note: X-Y outer contour size compensation +0.05 to ensure a tight fit for each segment, for example, using glue for a better effect.
