Description
Lampshade
The lampshade is fully 3D printable and sized at 50 cm in diameter and 22.5 cm in height.
Due to its large size, the shade is designed as multiple printable segments that must be glued together after printing.
For the cleanest result, make sure the mating edges are free from stringing or elephant’s foot before assembly.
I recommend using:
- super glue (CA glue) for fast and easy assembly
- PLA works great and let light true.
- Leave print settings like set.
- Added Brim for better printing results.
After gluing, the lampshade forms a stable large cylinder with a smooth, modern appearance that matches the wooden tripod design perfectly.
A translucent or light-colored filament works especially well here, as it creates a soft and warm light diffusion instead of turning your room into an interrogation scene.
