Olá - já passei por situação assim em outros projetos. O que pode ajudar: 1 - manter limpa a placa PEI lavando com água e sabão antes da impressão (deixar bem seca) - isso melhora a aderência dos suportes e da peça; 2 - realizar a calibração completa no Menu Manutenção pelo menos 1 vez por mês; 3 - Manter a opção "Reduce infill retraction" desativada, a impressão perde um pouquinho de velocidade mas ajuda bastante a evitar esse tipo de colisão. Hello - I've been in similar situations on other projects. What can help: 1 - keep the PEI plate clean by washing it with soap and water before printing (let it dry well) - this improves the adhesion of the supports and the part; 2 - perform the complete calibration in the Maintenance Menu at least once a month; 3 - keep the "Reduce infill retraction" option disabled, the print loses a little speed but helps a lot to avoid this type of collision. I just tried to print this on my A1 using bambu pla silk. I made it up to about the 250th layer and the supports broke off and I had to abort the print job. Not sure what may have caused that problem so I was wondering if anyone else has been able to print this on the A1?
