FDM Printing Recommendations

• Optimization: Designed to push the limits of FDM detail. Due to the complex, sweeping geometry (specifically the rear funnel racks, large shield, and extended rifle), this model requires careful orientation. Angling the model backward slightly (around 15-20 degrees) can help hide layer lines on the curved leg armor, chest plate, and smooth shoulder domes.
• Layer Height: Recommended 0.08mm (Extra Fine) to 0.12mm (Fine). Pushing your printer to a 0.08mm layer height is critical to ensure the intricate commander horn/antenna, faceplate, and individual rear pod details resolve cleanly without looking stepped or blocky.
