Insta360 AcePro Mount for Cookie Roller Mount System
OBS : Requiers magnetic mount adapter to 1/4 - 20 screw
Custom-designed Insta360 AcePro holder, specifically engineered for the Cookie Roller Mount base. This design is inspired by the original snag-resistant profile mounts from Cookie.
Key Features
- Perfect Integration: Designed to bolt directly onto the standard Cookie Roller Mount base (using your existing hardware).
- Secure Fit: Tight tolerances ensure the AcePro stays put during high-speed freefall and deployment while maintaining a clear view.
- Snag-Resistant: Smooth, rounded edges to minimize line-snag risks, following the philosophy of the Cookie ecosystem.
Recommended Print Settings
Because this is life-safety adjacent gear (snag hazards/falling objects), I highly recommend the following:
- Material: PETG, ASA, or Nylon. I don't recommend PLA because it can become brittle in cold altitudes or warp in a hot gear bag/car.
- Wall Loops: 4–6 walls for maximum structural integrity around the bolt holes.
- Infill: 40% or higher (Gyroid or Cubic recommended).
- Supports : Print orientation requires supports even though there are 3d designed supports as well. ( If you want to reorient, the 3d designed supports are removable in the slicer! )
- Some cleaning from the support is required.
Hardware Needed
- Uses the standard bolt and sleeve from your Cookie Roller Mount kit.
Magnetic mount adapter (for 1/4-20 screw) for Insta360.
