That's why we built an intelligent Auto-Optimizer directly into this model! Simply measure your drawer, type the exact Width and Length into the MakerWorld Customizer, and let the system do 100% of the work.

👉 Just select "READ INSTRUCTIONS" in the Customizer! The model will generate a 3D text list right on your screen, telling you exactly how many grid segments to print and automatically generating the exact 3D models for your custom Spacers. No calculators, no guessing!

✨ Key Features:

• 📐 Auto-Fit Grid: The system slightly adjusts the square pitch size to perfectly fit your drawer's width with zero gaps.
• 🗂️ Custom Internal Dividers: Need smaller compartments? Add internal dividers to any bin and adjust their height (e.g., 50% height) for better visibility of your tiny screws or parts. Fully rounded for easy scooping!
• 🧩 Stepped Seamless Bins: The cleverly designed bins feature a stepped lip that covers the grid walls, allowing them to nestle perfectly together.
• 🚫 No Supports Needed: The geometry is fully optimized and rigorously tested to print completely flat on your build plate without any support material.

🖨️ Print Settings:

• Material: PLA is perfect for indoor drawers. PETG is highly recommended if organizing a hot garage or van setup.
• Orientation: Print flat with the bottom face down on the build plate.
• Adhesion: Do NOT use a brim. A brim will ruin the perfectly calculated tolerances and prevent the grid segments and bins from joining seamlessly.
• Build Plate: Using a Textured PEI Plate gives the inside floors of the bins a fantastic, scratch-resistant finish.
