Boost me if that adapter was useful, cheers!

I needed to mount 2.5" drives in 3.5" bays in NAS system, this way I can fit two drives in single slot. Adapter dimensions mimic 3.5" HDD dimensions so it should fit everywhere where regular 3.5" HDD fits. Enjoy!

Simple, works well. Like that it leaves drives fairly exposed to allow for better airflow and cooling. One suggestion would be to make the holes for attaching the drives just a fraction bigger to have a little more tolerance and make it easier to screw in.

Thank you for comment. Just to clarify, you mean the holes that you attach whole adapter to the case or bay, or holes that you mount 2.5 inch drives to the adapter?

The holes that you use to mount the 2.5 drives to the adapter. I had a little trouble getting the screws to catch the threads because the holes in the adapter were just slightly off from the screw holes in the drives...maybe due to material shrinkage.

Thank you for your comment. I did not have such trouble, but you are right - material shrinkage can be the issue and it will be different for everybody, hole pattern with different drives can be slightly off as well. I will update the model with slightly elliptical holes so they allow for some wiggle room. I will let you know when I update that, probably during the weekend.
