Honda Element Chamber Assembly Block Plate

This was made to make future repairs easier and quicker. This does not defeat any emissions and allows for a marginal increase in air intake sound. I only have 1000 miles tested with no codes or issues (04APR26). The part was prototyped with PLA, and the final product was printed with PA12-CF. I was kind of lazy and did not anneal the part (time constraints and mostly lacking proper equipment). This was designed to fit without any modifications to the manifold and use the original gasket minus the gasket removal tab. I have provided pictures of the PLA part and the part design sketch. I do not have the final product part or final install pictures, because that would have made to much sense and planning. I hope that this will help others retain their sanity when having to replace the starter, thermostat, thread chasing said starter bolt hole after botching the starter install, etc.
