Description

The two USB ports on the van spotlight are too low compared to the base, making it difficult to insert USB plugs for this reason. Furthermore on one side it is also too close to a profile, making it impossible to use. You need to disassemble the spotlight by removing the cover (rotate counterclockwise and pull) and removing the two small screws. The base is cut to fit between the cables and the spotlight. It's impossible to use the original screws because they increase the distance by 10 mm, so I prepared the base for two new screws and to secure the spotlight to it with the original screws. As shown in photo 2, you need to position the base correctly to restore the spotlight's previous orientation (pins in holes with red arrows), then you can screw it in with new screws (blue arrows). The screws securing the base must be tightened securely to ensure the base stays in place. I used PETG for hardness and greater resistance to the temperatures that the VAN can reach in summer and used fuzzy skin to avoid scratches
