Overview
This is a custom-engineered replacement connector for ESAB welding helmet air hoses. It is designed to be a direct replacement for the original part but with a specific improvement for repair purposes.
The Problem & Solution
If your air hose gets damaged or frayed at the ends, you usually have to cut off the damaged section. This makes the hose shorter and often prevents the original connector from seating properly or staying secure.
I have extended the internal connector stem, making it the perfect solution for shortened or trimmed hoses. This allows you to repair your expensive equipment instead of buying a costly new hose assembly.
