Description
My son recently started his journey on an old 1984 Yamaha PW50. The original drive shaft housing cover was cracked and weathered. When I saw that a replacement OEM part (4J2461540200 or 4J2-46154-01-00) costs upwards of $50 plus shipping, I knew there had to be a better way.
I designed this replacement to be a perfect drop-in fit, saving you time and money while keeping the dirt out of your final drive.
Model Highlights:

- Tested Reliability: Modeled from a 1984 frame but compatible with almost all PW50 year models (the design hasn't changed in decades!).
Printing Recommendations:
- Material: I highly recommend something like PAHT-CF, PA6-CF or ASA, or ABS. Since it’s a bit exposed, you want something that can handle a bit of heat and impact.
