Description

As a fan of TF2 and butterfly knives I love the spy's balisong. But I was never happy with the ones I printed. They either weren't game accurate, didn't flip well, or required other annoying stuff like screws/paint/AMS. I figured I could do better. And so, after a lot of failed prints, I bring you a game accurate spy balisong that actually flips well and only needs a bit of glue. Watch the video for assembly and more details.

I took a lot of time and filament to make this the best butterfly knife I could!

Recommended Settings:

Filament type: PLA or PETG

Layer height: 0.16 mm

Speed: Around 300mm/s

Infill: 100%

Wall loops: 2

Support: Yes

Bed Adhesion: No

so, I really enjoy the design of this model but i am struggling with the handle pieces warping at the larger ends. Build plate is clean, and i am using a super tack. any suggestions?

If you're having trouble with the handles warping. I would either try different filament, different build plate, OR in the slicer use a brim. Brim would probably be the best.
