Lambro Dryer Exhaust Hood Vent Cover (106mm x 106mm)

This is a replacement or add-on bird/pest guard for Lambro brand (and similar) square exhaust vent hoods. If your original plastic grid has become brittle, cracked, or went missing, this 3D-printed version snaps right into place to keep critters out while allowing your dryer or exhaust fan to breathe.

• Compatibility: Designed specifically for standard 4-inch square louvered or "preferred" hoods (commonly used for dryer and bathroom exhausts).
• Features: Includes four integrated tabs for a secure friction fit into the vent housing.

Print Settings Recommendations

• Material: ASA or PETG are highly recommended. Since this is exposed to direct sunlight (UV) and heat from the dryer exhaust, standard PLA may warp or degrade over time.
• Walls: 3+ walls for strength on the thin grid lines.
• Layer Height: 0.2mm works perfectly.
• Infill: Not necessary (the part is solid at 2mm with enough walls/top layers).

Installation

Simply align the tabs with the inner slots of your Lambro vent hood and press firmly until it snaps into place.
