Stable Pressure Roller for Versatile Applications

This robust pressure roller is ideal for processing aluminum butyl, but can also be used for evenly spreading wood glue or similar materials.

Compared to many other tested models, this design offers significantly higher stability and reliability in use. The construction is practical and designed for durability.

The following components are required for assembly:

  • 1× M8x60 screw
  • 1× suitable nut
  • 2× ball bearings (type 608)

A fully 3D printable version is already in planning. It is currently being tested for stability.

Update 08.04.2026

I have uploaded two new print profiles that no longer require ball bearings or screws. This allows the roller to be fully 3D printed and assembled very easily.

However, I still recommend the version with ball bearings, as it provides significantly better running properties and makes the application more pleasant overall.

The TPU cover is optional and not strictly necessary, but depending on the application, it can improve grip and protect materials.
