🔧 Lawnmower Wheel 22cm
My lawnmower's wheel was by now completely smooth… unusable 😅
Instead of buying a new one, I decided to design and print it from scratch.
💡 Result? A perfectly functional and super resistant wheel.
⚙️ Features
- Diameter: 22 cm
- Includes internal support for drive gear attachment
- Compatible with the original system
- PETG → for the wheel (resistance + outdoor use)
- PLA → used as support material
👉 PLA is perfect as a support for PETG because it does not fuse with it, so it is easily removed.

- Supports: YES
- Infill: 25%
- Walls: 6 loops
🚀 Why this project is useful
- Avoid throwing away a functional lawnmower
- Save money compared to the original spare part
💬 Tips
If you want even more resistance:
- increase the infill
- increase the walls
- or try more technical materials
