Coralvue Hydros Sole Multiconnect Mounting Plate

A user-made mounting plate to hold the Coralvue Hydros Sole dosing pump on the MultiBuild (formerly MultiBoard) grid using BlackjackDuck’s Custom Item Holder as a starting point. Designed for personal use and shared so others can print and adapt — created by a hobbyist, not a professional designer.

What this project does

• Securely mounts the Coralvue Hydros Sole dosing pump to a Multiboard/MultiBuild grid using the Multiconnect snap pattern.
• The Sole slides into the plate; an integrated bottom lip retains the pump base while the top is fastened to the plate with M6 flanged screws and nuts.
• Includes a printed M6 knurled nut pocket that requires a mid-print pause to insert a standard M6 nut for a clean, captive fastening.

Required hardware

• M6 flanged hex screws, 16 mm (stainless recommended) — Quantity two (2)
• M6 nuts (for insertion into knurled nut pocket)

Print notes & recommendations

• Pause: This print includes a deliberate pause layer for inserting the M6 nut. Insert the nut fully so no metal protrudes above the top printed layer. Resume print so the nut becomes encapsulated.
• Orientation: Print the plate upright on the build plate for best strength and dimensional accuracy.
• Supports: No support required
• Layer height & infill: 0.2 mm layer height and 20–30% infill is a good starting point; increase infill for extra rigidity.
• Tolerances: Printed snap-fit features are tuned for common filament tolerances; you may need slight adjustments if your printer over/under-extrudes.

Compatibility & notes

• Designed to snap into the MultiBuild/Multiboard standard grid snap pattern and to fit the Coralvue Hydros Sole pump. Verify dimensions against your hardware before use.
