Description
Bring back a part of your childhood with this nostalgia piece as part of my 🐦 STUDIO GHIBLI COLLECTION 🐉. Print model optimized for low filament use while maintaining the model's strength, easy support removal, and adding a strength modifier to weaker parts. If you find that you are having some trouble with the print, please slow down your print speed to “Silent” mode. You can find this setting under print speed [Silent, Standard, Sport, & Ludicrous]
Support removal tips: I find that long-nose pliers and a hook pick tool are useful for removing small, delicate supports. *Sometimes tiny delicate little parts can break during support removal, but simply use a superglue gel with a toothpick to attach the pieces together.

The Red Turtle is a quiet, wordless story about life, nature, and the passage of time. It follows a man who becomes stranded on a deserted tropical island after a shipwreck. As he tries to escape by building rafts, each attempt is mysteriously destroyed by a large red turtle. Frustrated, he confronts the creature, but what unfolds next changes the course of his life.
The red turtle transforms into a woman, and together they build a life on the island, forming a family and raising a child. Over time, the film gently traces their journey through love, parenthood, aging, and loss. Told entirely without dialogue, the story relies on visuals and atmosphere to explore themes of acceptance, the cycles of life, and humanity’s connection to nature. It is both simple and profound, offering a meditative reflection on existence and the beauty found in impermanence.
