Description
Simple suspension adjustment thrumb screws for Yamaha motorcycles. Fits most of the CP3-Models with mechanically adjustable suspension, such as the Mt09, Tracer900, XSR900 and others. Check if your bike has 8mm damping adjustment screws and 14mm preload adjusters.
Due to the tight tolerances of the press-fit, I recommend printing in GF- or CF-filled filaments for better dimensional accuracy, the increased stiffness also helps the preload adjuster resist flexing. I also recommend ptinting in PETG or ASA for heat and UV resistance.
Keep in mind, the preload adjustment in particular can become stiff over time and require some lubrication before being adjusted with a 3d-printed part.
