Description

It always bothered me that my Alfa Romeo didn't have a cupholder that fits taller or larger cups. The original cup placement also wasn't particularly comfortable for me — so I decided to design my own adapter/cupholder (call it what you like).

The original space was likely meant for an ashtray. My design consists of two parts: a base that fits snugly into the factory recess, and a cup holder section. A third part is included but optional — I'm not fully satisfied with it, as the TPU gasket tends to harden in cold weather and loses its grip.

The holder has a 75 mm inner diameter, which fits a Müller Milch bottle perfectly, and also works great with McDonald's cups (EU sizes 😄). 0.5 L cans fit best with the gasket, but work fine without it too.

You have to glue part 1 and part 2 together with some glue that works with ABS/ASA. Also, I suggest printhing with these materials, because of the temperatures it has to handle.
