I just tried it.. wiah it stated you need screws. also i wish the cutter was sharper. it doesnt really cut the tap maybe if it was also longer? another thing is the grip, one side is more rounded than the side that was on the bed so it doesnt feel right/comfortable in the hand.

Thanks for the feedback! I’ll add a version with a sharper cutting edge or even a blade soon. Usually I just help a bit with my other hand and the tape tears off pretty well for me. Also appreciate the notes about the grip and screws — I’ll look into improving those in the next version.

The print came out really well, I printed with ABS. unfortunately there are 2 major issues, the lack of instructions and a missing part when compared to the photos.. the cylinder that guides the tape .. would be nice to have an update.

What screws are needed to assemble it? none are listed in the bill of materials or description. I see three of two different sizes in the pictures.

you need 3 screws of any size, I took 3 pieces of m4, you can choose the size that suits you best thanks to the .step files
