This is a remix of the “Peptide HRT/TRT Injector Combo Travel Case” Standard Height (*Tall injector height will not fit*) on MakerWorld (https://makerworld.com/en/models/2359741-peptide-hrt-trt-injector-combo-travel-case), which itself references the “Rugged Box (Parametric)” on Printables (https://www.printables.com/model/258431-rugged-box-parametric).  This model is designed to work with the “V2 Magnet Injection Assist for Insulin / GLP‑1 / TRT” on MakerWorld (https://makerworld.com/en/models/2435697-v2-magnet-injection-assist-for-insulin-glp-1-trt).

My work focused on the internal organization and fitment:

• Updated the main insert to precisely fit the V2 Magnet Injection Assist Standard Size (the original insert only supported V1).
• Tuned clearances so the V2 assistant drops in securely with minimal wobble.
• Remixed the vial insert to hold a single 1 ml vial instead of two, due to the lengthening of the injection assistant section, making it more compact and focused for everyday carry or travel.

The outer case geometry, latch, and general layout follow the original peptide combo travel case and its underlying rugged parametric box; this remix refines how the inside holds and protects your V2 injection assistant and vial rather than changing the exterior.

Printing Notes

• Case:
  • Print the outer case using the same orientation, walls, and infill recommended by the original rugged box and peptide case authors.
• Inserts:
  • Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS (choose based on temperature and durability needs).
  • Layer height: around 0.2-0.4 mm works well for a good balance of speed and detail.
  • Walls/perimeters: 3–4 for a firm, durable insert.
  • Infill: 15–25% for a solid but slightly forgiving fit.
  • Supports: not required for the inserts in standard orientation.
• Hardware:
  • The Box is assembled using 4 M3x30 screws for the hinges and latches

Always test‑fit the parts with your specific printer and material. If the fit is too tight or too loose, a small scale adjustment (±1–2%) can help.
