Drill Press Round Stock Jig

Made for a high volume project of drilling holes into roundstock.  This jig accomodates drill press fences.  And it is made to accomodate drill press fences with integrated dust extraction.  I made files with Jet and Powermatic logos as well as generic text.  Multiple Jet versions with integrated dovetail slot for clamping down the workpiece.  I recommend using a filament that is stronger than basic PLA and more temperature resistent if your shop gets really hot.  High temp or tougher/stronger PLA variants should be fine for most jobs.  I used 4 walls and 25% infill.  Feel free to change these settings based on your durability needs.  The slots in the (medium plate) base of the jig plate line up with the JDP-17 drill press base plate.  I suspect they will line up with most drill presses and would appreciate any feedback regarding fitment.  There is ample area to simply clamp it down to any drill press.  The jig is what I would call medium sized accomodating round stock up to 4" in diameter and down to near 0 diameter.  A wide version with integrated stock clamping and a modular dovetail slot hold down accessorty have been added to the build plates.  No supports needed, no hardware additions or assemble required.
