<h2>🔧 Sicherungsstift / Pin für CCS2 Ladeanschluss-Abdeckkappe (VW ID / VAG)</h2><p>Dieser 3D-druckbare Sicherungsstift dient als Ersatzteil für die originale Abdeckkappe des CCS2-Ladeanschlusses bei Elektrofahrzeugen des Volkswagen-Konzerns.</p><p>Konkret wurde das Modell als Ersatz für den verloren gegangenen Sicherungspin der VW Abdeckkappe Ladesteckdose 11A971393F entwickelt. Diese Abdeckkappe schützt den unteren DC-Ladebereich (CCS2) vor Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit und wird serienmäßig u. a. in mehreren ID.-Modellen eingesetzt.</p><h2>🧩 Problem &amp; Lösung</h2><p>Bei vielen Fahrzeugen ist der Griff der Abdeckkappe über zwei kleine Kunststoff-Pins gelagert. This cover cap protects the lower DC charging area (CCS2) from dirt and moisture and is installed as standard in several ID. models, among others.</p><h2>🧩 Problem & Solution</h2><p>In many vehicles, the handle of the cover cap is mounted on two small plastic pins.
