Description

This is a compatible replacement part for the broken dust container lid/latch on my Bosch Flexxo Gen2 Series 4 vacuum.

The original small plastic part broke, and instead of replacing the entire dust container, I designed this part to restore functionality.

My first version was printed in PETG and lasted about 1 year under normal use.
This updated version was printed in PA6-GF for improved strength and heat resistance.

Notes

  • This is not an original Bosch part
  • Designed from a real broken part / real-world fit test
  • Intended as a repair part for the dust container latch/lid area
  • Print orientation matters for strength
  • Best suited for stronger engineering materials

Recommended materials

  • PA6-GF
  • PA-CF
  • PETG only if you want a quick/temporary fix

Compatibility

Tested on:

  • Bosch Flexxo Gen2 Series 4 28V Max

May also fit other compatible Flexxo / Readyy’y dust containers, but I only verified it on my own unit.

Disclaimer

Please compare your broken part geometry before printing.
