Boost Me (for free)

A simple and ergonomic under-desk foot hammock that improves sitting comfort and reduces leg fatigue.
The design uses 3D printed desk mounts, crossbars, rope and fabric.

The hammock gently supports your feet and allows small movements, improving circulation and comfort during long desk sessions.

 

3D Printed Parts

  • 2 × Desk mounts
  • 2 × Crossbars (spreader bars)

    PETG recommended

     

Hardware

  • 4 × Wood screws 4.5 × 40 mm
  • 1 × Rope 10–12 mm diameter
    • Length: approx. 2m (Need to be cut to your size)

Fabric

  • 1 × Foot hammock fabric piece
    • Size: 200 mm width × 1000 mm length (total length including loops - loops should be 160mm each side and then folded to be sewed)
    • Strong fabric recommended (canvas, denim, upholstery fabric)

Dimensions

Crossbars (2x): 25 × 30 × 245 mm

Fabric: 200 × 680 mm

Rope diameter: 10–12 mm

Screws: 4.5 × 40 mm
