Neutral Bookmark 120x40mm
For my Eufymake E1 UV printer, I ordered and printed bookmark acrylic blanks from Aliexpress
I noticed that these have the wrong aspect ratio for most templates (e.g. from Creative Fabrica) (1:4 instead of 1:3). Many images no longer fit by scaling or cropping
However, the worst side effect was the high ink consumption. Clear acrylic requires 4-5 white base layers under the actual color
This bookmark only requires a tenth of the ink, and the results are excellent (if printed with white filament), even without a white base layer
I could also set other sizes, but I find these ideal
Since my circle of friends is overwhelming me with requests, I had to "rationalize" the whole thing
For this reason, I created a JIG that can hold up to 4 bookmarks
