Description
Tired of all the milion fixed models online for pipe and hose fittings, that either fit too loose or too tight, or my pipe is not exact same exact diameter pipe like the designer used, or my filament shrinks different…. In Europe at least, there are many pipe manufacturers, some make them 0.2 to 0.3mm smaller, others make them inconsistent….so, i decided to make everything parametric, to be able to customize anything, SO THEY FIT EVERY TIME FROM FIRST TRY !!! Just measure your actual pipe ID and OD and start customizing and tapering.
The most important part of this generator, is not what you can allready buy from hardware store, but what you will never find to buy or you pay way too much for them (for example we have in Europe the Axminster company and many more others, that sells fittings for vacuum pipes to equip for dust collection in workshops, and they charge an arm and a leg, because you will not find elsewhere for ex 63mm fittings for dust pipes).
The 63mm pipes can be found in 2.5 meter length in hardware stores (for water roof drainage, grey, brown) cheap enough and great quality, but the accesories are too expensive and they produce only 90degree elbows and 67 deg, and some straight conectors. Also same thing with DN75 or DN110 drain pipe that can be used instead in a workshop for dust collection, why waste all that time to strugle with rubber sealings, and connections hard to undo, when you can have all the part you need printed how you need, and only buy the pipes and cut the sealing part and make all your adaptors with female ends. No headache.
I designed everything here to be fully customizable in Maker World panel, and all the help you might need, you'll find it when you change parameters, and also in pictures. Don't hesitate to ask me anything if you struggle.
