its easy 😀 answer is you have more than 1 AMS unit attached to your printer.

downloaded this straight from the app to my H2c, set it to filament savings mode so one of the colors would pull from the Ams-ht and the others from my Ams’s. This file printed in individual pieces and not together as one piece so the single pieces are useless. after I had to cancel my print, I saw that someone else had posted a pic and hers did the same thing. just an FYI before downloading. Says H2C compatible but it did not work as one piece and that file was my only option to choose.
