Description

I designed a tripod speaker stand for my home theater because none of the models I've found were able to handle the KEF Q3 Meta bookshelf speakers. However, the model is not specific to those speakers.

I printed the main piece as well as the feet out of normal PLA, the ring is made out of TPU (because I tell myself that it helps to prevent vibrations).

The wooden dowels have a diameter of 28mm and 60cm in length. I got mine from https://www.bauhaus.info/rundstaebe/profiles-and-more-rundstab/p/14400905 and cut them in pieces.

The fit of the model is purposely very tight, so you might need to sand down the ends of your wooden dowels.
The TPU triangle was glued into the bigger piece using superglue. Between the TPU triangle and the speakers I placed some double sided tape for better friction.
The feet were just attached using some nails.
