Description

Here lies the Penny (1793–2025)

It wasn't the currency our modern economy needed right now, but it was the pocket change our piggy banks deserved. We cast it aside, banishing it to dark couch cushions and sticky car cup holders, because it could take it. It was a silent guardian of the "take one, leave one" tray, a watchful protector of the $9.99 price tag... a Copper Knight.

Whether you choose to mourn the fall of the Copper Crusader or celebrate the dawn of a rounded-up world, a retired hero demands a proper monument. It may no longer patrol the dark alleys of your wallet or the deep shadows of your couch cushions, but it can still stand watch over your workspace. So, here are 10 clever headstones—fun little desk displays to immortalize the life, the death, and the final resting place of the one-cent piece.

Each profile is a different saying /  dad joke with a stand. The print will pause at layer 11 and you insert a Penny before resuming. The stand presses on without glue. The Penny will be stuck, it takes cutters to remove.

Enjoy! I'll make this configurable whenever Bambu and Autodesk work out text in configurations. In the meantime, if you want another saying, just ask.
