Description

Small skull knob that fits a 4mm screw. It is perfect for dressers, bathroom, kitchen, or whatever your heart desires.

Recommend using the 3mf profile settings.

In the slicing process I added a small cylinder that will keep the skull from breaking from the knob.

8 wall loops and 75% infill might sound like overkill bit we are still under 8 grams.

Printed with a .4 nozzle .2mm layer height.

If you want a smoother finish you can do adaptive layering but unless you plan to look at these really closely, it is not needed.

Strength Issue:Skull snaps off the base pretty easily. I've snapped 3 just installing them.

Other Issues:The screw hole doesn't grip very well. I've basically had to glue them to the screws, and then you can't tighten them well. Looks really cool though!!

Just curious if you used my print profile or not? I did add strength in the print profile. I always print with a high infill myself. The knobs don’t stand a chance when a pot lands on them as the are made out of plastic.

I never mess with the print profile, because I trust the maker to know their designs better than I do. They still look cool though!

very nice , printed with 0.4 nozzle 0.08mm layer height. but unfortunately the hole is a bit large for a 4mm screw.... maybe I will try again but with a hole compensation.
