Description

Here's a 1:1 replica of Aza Chobei's axe from Hell's Paradise.

The height, tip to tip is 1150mm -→ you're gonna need 11 parts divided in 4 print plates.

For this prop, I went for a custom print profile to reduce weight (and filament) as much as possible.

In the middle of each piece you will find a 10x10 square hole:

I suggest using a 10x10 square aluminum profile, at least from handle to tip.

If you do not have one and don't plan on heavy use, you can still 3D print the square dowel you'll find in the fourth plate.

I suggest scaling the dowels to 102% to 105% based on the precision you can get, just print a few test dowels and see how they fit (let me know which size fits best! :))

For assembly, I suggest using:

  • Superglue to fix the dowels
  • Hot glue between each section
  • Optional surface soldering
