Valorant Ignis Fatuus Blade, 3D Printed perfect replica✨

When folded, a sharp blade; when unfolded, a fiery fan spreads like wildfire!

One blade, two forms, hold the game's coolness in your hands in real life!

Of course, the physical object cannot make certain parts disappear out of thin air like in the game, so please don't demand a perfect replica😜

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  • The sliding stopper slot is completely hidden and does not affect the fan's appearance!
  • Completely no supports, easy printing with no stress, no hardware needed!
  • The clasps are small, be careful not to violently unfold the fan, and handle the clasps carefully during assembly, especially when printing with filaments that have weak layer adhesion (such as PLA Lite, PLA Silk)

  • Each fan blade is different, please refer to the pattern in the photos and assemble them in order

Update on May 22, 2026:

At the request of netizens, a new profile without white borders has been added

Using an M2*18mm metal bolt as the pivot produces much better results than using filament, highly recommended; the new print profile has reserved slots for bolts and nuts, but you can still use filament as the pivot

Assembly:

  • The very bottom piece is glued together from two parts (each of the other pieces is a single part), because it's too thin, it's hard to make a pin, so gluing directly with super glue is still easy to align

Two printed parts

Flip the bottom piece, apply super glue on the side indicated by the arrow

Align the upper and lower pieces perfectly, press firmly, and wait for the super glue to dry to get a complete fan blade

  • Assemble adjacent fan blades

It is recommended to start with these two pieces, pay attention to the back

Slide the clasp of the bottom piece into the slot of the top piece in the direction of the arrow until the two pieces are flush

Take a piece of filament and insert it into the hole indicated by the arrow to serve as the pivot, slide the fan blade to ensure smooth folding Don't use too much force at first

  • Assemble other fan blades using the method described above

Leave approximately 1mm at both the top and bottom ends of the pivot, then soften it with a soldering iron or similar tool and flatten it

Nice model! Can you make a profile for the purple variant? I would change the colors in the original profile but i don't know what color scheme it should look like.

I don't have filament for this color scheme on hand, and Bambu Lab's policy prohibits uploading configuration files without printed physical models. You can send me a private message, and I will send you the color-coated configuration file, printed with pink and blue gradient PLA

Woah, this looks amazing! I think it would look better without the top white fan blade, since it can flow nicer throughout. Can't wait to print one!

The white part is to cover the back part when the fan is closed, in the computer it can make this part disappear out of thin air, but it's not possible in reality, so it has to be covered to highlight the shape of the blade
