Description

I made this to transfer my steering wheel buttons on to the new quick release system. As the car only allow you to use the steering wheel button to control the information screen on the car, it is essential for me to keep it.

My car is a 2013 Honda civic LX, but I assume it should work for all models of civic that shared the same infotainment system. I use PET-CF as it is the best material I can find for temperature resistance, but I guess if you do not care that much, you can use PLA as this plate does not affect the rigidity of the steering attachment. If you use other materials, you might need to scale up the model depends on how much the final material shrinks. I use PLA to prototype, and I need to scale up for about 0.5% for the PET-CF, for instance.
