So the UP found time to modify the model and had CNC machining done at Quanzhou
The price for 3 parts at Quanzhou is 6.8+11.8+11.8=30.4 plus shipping

The CNC model has been uploaded to the group files

There are three parts in total: motor fixing side, magnetic encoder fixing side, and bearing cap,

Because the aluminum alloy does not use side hole machining, 3D printed adapters are needed to fix the PCB board

Also, the bearing cap has changed to a magnetic attachment method, now it is attached to the magnetic encoder side cover,

If using aluminum alloy modified parts, in addition to aluminum alloy, you will also need to prepare:

1, 4 M3*12 countersunk screws (replacing the original M3*8 countersunk screws)

2, 4 or 6 cylindrical magnets with a diameter of 4mm and a height of 3mm

3, Highland barley paper (to be placed on the battery contacts to prevent contact with aluminum parts)
4, 4 M2*3*3 heat-set inserts (heat-pressed onto the 3D printed adapter fixing parts)
