Brief Description
A precise, modular positioning tool that allows conical glasses or other irregularly shaped objects to be fixed absolutely horizontally on the XTool F2. The baseplate replaces the original F2 base plate 1:1 and offers variable insertion positions for different object shapes and heights.
Detailed Description
This 3D model is a specially developed leveling system for the XTool F2 laser engraver. It enables the exact horizontal alignment of conical, slanted, or irregularly shaped objects that would otherwise be difficult to lay flat.
The construction consists of:
Baseplate (F2-compatible)
- Dimensions and mounting points correspond exactly to the original F2 baseplate
- Multiple slots with different depths
- Optimized for variable plug-in positions
- Stable stand, no slipping
Modular Plugs / Wedges
- Different heights for precise adjustment
- Precisely fitting for the slots of the baseplate
- Enable millimeter-precise horizontal alignment
- Ideal for glasses, mugs, bottles, cans or other conical objects
Functional Principle
By combining variable slot depths and plugs of different heights, the object to be engraved can be supported so that its top edge lies exactly horizontally. This ensures:

- uniform burn lines
- reproducible results
- secure positioning without wobbling
