Description
This is a precise replica of the central wheel component for the Hayward Aquanaut pool cleaner, compatible with models 200, 400, and 450.
The design closely matches the original part, with one intentional modification: the outer side of the wheel has been made completely flat. This change improves printability by ensuring a clean and reliable first layer, without affecting functionality.
The model is optimized to be printed as a single piece, with no supports required. It has been successfully printed on a Bambu Lab A1 Mini, making it accessible even on smaller printers.
For best performance and durability, it is highly recommended to print this part using PETG or ABS. These materials provide better mechanical strength and improved resistance to water exposure compared to PLA.
Please note: this model only includes the central rigid wheel (white part). The external flexible rubber tire (blue part) is not included and must be sourced or printed separately.
