Summary

Standard hose coupler for Festool hose for connection to Festools line of dust extractors e.g. CT SYS, CT MINI, CT MIDI, CLEANTEC CT 26, CLEANTEC CT 36, CLEANTEC CT 36 AC, CLEANTEC CT 48, CT-VA pre-separator.

Notes:                     

straight.stl:
 

This should be printed with support either as is or rotated upside down. I had good success with ABS or ASA due to the ease of support removal, but you could potentially print in your preferred material such as PLA or PETG.


 

retainer.stl:

This should be printed with the threaded part upwards. Now available in version without requirement of support. ABS worked perfectly for this. Make sure that the thin lip on the inside rim gets printed properly as this will mate with the vacuum hose.


 

snap_ring.stl:

I have found that the snap ring should be printed in a rigid material with good layer adhesion, otherwise it will break the layer adhesion. PBT, PC or PETG works well due to strong layer bonding. I assume Nylon would be good too however I have not tried this.

Have you considered making a 90 degree 36mm hose connector to be used on the separator?

Thank you for responding. I did check out your other model. I am looking for 90 degree fitting to connect a D36 hose (female) to a D36 port (male) on the Festool vacuum. Thanks again

CLIP WORKS BEST IN TPU 95 , I COULDNT GET THREADS PERFECT BUT THEY WORK FINE

It would appear that we're missing the D36 snap ring as all I'm finding in the download is the D27 snap ring. Outside of that this is a great model!

Hi, try to download D36_snap_ring.stl again and check the size in your slicer. I checked it to be 55.5 x 55.7 x 14.0 mm whereas the D27 snap ring should be 42.8 x 44.1 x 14.0 mm. Let me know if you still have problems with the size!
