History of the Object
St. Thérèse of Lisieux (1873–1897), also known as “The Little Flower,” was a Carmelite nun known for her “Little Way” doing small things with great love. Despite her short life, her writings had a lasting impact, and she was later named a Doctor of the Church.
Because of this, she is closely associated with humility, simplicity, and everyday holiness.
