This parametric hydroponic net pot is designed for growing plants in common glass containers.

The model adapts easily to different glass sizes and plant types. A removable seed insert allows you to control hole size, preventing small seeds from falling through while maintaining optimal water flow.
The design supports healthy root growth, proper aeration, and easy maitenance.

Perfect for home hydroponics, propagation, and decorative plant setups.

āš™ļø PARAMETERS (CUSTOMIZATION)
You can fully customize the model using these parameters:

• Prumer_sklenice – glass diameter
• Vyska_sklenice – glass height (actual basket height is 0.7 Ā times the specified glass depth)
• Tloustka_steny – wall thickness
• Pocet_sterbin – number of vertical slots (affects spacing and density)
• Otvor_sitko – size of holes in seed insert

This allows adaptation for different containers, plants, and seed sizes.

 

šŸ–Øļø PRINT SETTINGS
• Material: PETG (recommended) / PLA
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Walls: 3–4 perimeters
• Infill: 10–15%
• Supports: No

PETG is recommended for better water resistance and durability.

 

🧪 HOW TO USE
Insert the net pot into a glass container
Place the seed insert inside the pot
Add growing medium (clay pebbles, sponge, etc.)
Insert seeds or plant
Fill water so roots can reach it

The roots will grow through the slots directly into the water.

• Use larger holes for roots or cuttings
• Clean regularly to prevent algae buildup
