NEW V2 Dual Solder Spool Reel (like Hakko 611-2)

I have a Hakko 611-2 dual solder spool reel and I love it so I created this printable version. Like the Hakko stand you can reverse the wire guide on the bottom spool so the stand can be used from the front and the back.

Printing recommendations:

• I used 25% gyroid infill with 5 perimeters for all parts.

• I used rectilinear supports on the build plate for the spools and organic supports on the build plate only for the main stand.

Hardware (for the carry handle):

• 2x M3 x 10mm Hex Socket Head Cap Screws

Revision Notes (V2)

• Tightened up the fastener holes on the carry handle

• Widened the opening on the stand from 60mm to 70mm to accommodate  wire spools in addition to solder spools which matches the Hakko stand.

• Reduced the thickness of the sides of the stand from 6mm to 5mm to save material.

• Added placements for McMaster-Carr rubber feet PN: 95495K55 if desired.

• Adjusted the fit of the handle, wire guides and spindles to match the new stand opening.
