Description
3D model "treat yourself!" as lettering with a stable stand.
After printing, the letters must be glued, pressed in.
The highlight! The dot of the exclamation mark has a hole where the money gift is placed.
I printed this lettering on the Smooth PEI plate and had the best experiences with the following values:
0.4mm nozzle - 0.2mm layer height - PLA
1st layer 0.1mm high
1st layer line width 0.25mm
1st layer speed 5mm/s
Elephant foot compensation 0.2mm
These settings result in a smooth finish, without visible lines. Due to the elephant foot compensation, the parts also fit well together, with a little force, but they fit.
Of course, there are many similar letterings, but mostly only the top layer is then printed in a different color. I find it much higher quality if both words are consistently in a separate color. Without dozens of color changes with AMS.
