It dynamically adjusts the extrusion width to ensure these fine details are solid and eliminates the internal gaps often found with the &#34;classic&#34; generator.</li><li>Sparse Infill set to 10% Gyroid This provides excellent structural rigidity while minimizing filament consumption. The non-crossing pathing eliminates the &#34;clicking&#34; and mechanical vibration that occurs when a nozzle crosses its own lines, which is vital for preventing the tall, slender spines from being knocked over.</li><li>Avoid Crossing Walls enabled The nozzle travel is constrained within the boundaries of each individual segment. This prevents &#34;spider-web&#34; stringing from forming across the hinge joints and between the spikes, ensuring the articulation moves smoothly immediately after removal from the plate.</li><li>Initial Layer Speed reduced to 35 mm/s Slowing down the first layer guarantees a rock-solid mechanical bond for the dozens of small, disconnected segments on the build plate.
