Packy – Cardboard Flap Clip

How it works: Slide Packy onto the cardboard flap, and it holds the side panel down — keeping it out of your way while you work. No more wrestling with flaps, no more frustration. Packy fits cardboard thicknesses up to 12 mm, making it compatible with a wide range of standard shipping and industrial boxes.

Print settings: 

- Material: PLA (or better — PETG, ABS, etc.) 

- Infill: ≥ 35% - Layer height: 0.2 mm 

- Walls: ≥ 3 

- Supports: None 

- Orientation: Print on its side for best strength 

Note from the designer: PLA is more than sufficient for daily use — we've been using Packy in our own factory and it lasts forever. Of course, a stronger material like PETG or ABS will only make it more durable!
