Recommended Print Settings

For best performance and durability, I recommend the following material combination

    • Walls: 4 to 6 perimeters for maximum structural rigidity
    • Infill: 40% (Gyroid or Honeycomb)

       

  • Tyre:
    • Material: TPU 95A – Provides the perfect balance between grip and durability
    • Walls: 2 to 3 perimeters (depending on desired hardness)
    • Infill: 5% to 10% (Gyroid) to simulate the internal foam effect, or 0% if you plan to use physical foams

Assembly Instructions

  1. Clean any support residue from the rim's hex cavity
  2. The TPU tire should be carefully fitted onto the rim. If it's too tight, submerging the tire in hot water for 30 seconds will make assembly easier
  3. (Optional) Use a drop of specific CA (cyanoacrylate) glue for RC tires if the motor is high-rotation (Brushless), to prevent the tire from coming off the rim
