Description
Micro Modern Villa Kit Card

This is a micro modern villa kit card. Designed with both miniature architectural details and a satisfying kit card assembly experience in mind, the entire structure is fully optimized for FDM printing characteristics.
Layout & Printer Compatibility
The overall footprint is strictly controlled at 179 x 126mm.
- A1 Mini: Perfectly fits 1 full set on a single build plate.
- A1 / P1 / X1: Fits 2 sets per plate.
- H2: Fits 3 - 4 sets per plate.
AMS Multicolor & Material Saving Optimization
The kit card frame is heavily compressed along the Z-axis. When printing the 4-color version, this design effectively reduces the number of color-change layers during slicing, drastically minimizing flush volume and shortening overall print time.
Structural Features
- 100% Support-Free: All overhangs and bridges have been thoroughly tested. It prints directly after slicing with no need to remove any supports.
- Layered Structure: It features a tiered design where, once assembled, all layers (such as the roof and second floor) can be individually removed to display the interior details (like the built-in storage under the stairs, the kitchen island, and the standalone bathroom).
- Whether printed in multicolor using AMS or in a single color (like light gray or white marble), it maintains excellent structural integrity and visual appeal.
AMS Pre-set Color Logic (Avoiding FDM Visual Blending)
The provided 3MF file comes with a pre-configured, high-contrast color scheme. This prevents the miniature furniture from visually blending into the large floor areas:
- Brown: Used for the floors and doors to set the base tone.
- Black: Used for the window frames, main staircase structure, TV stand, and base cabinets, utilizing high contrast to make them stand out clearly against the brown floors.
- Marble White: Used for the bedding, kitchen countertops, and bathroom fixtures.
- Marble Red: Used for the roof, exterior wall skirting, and some interior accents (like the bar stools) to echo the overall architectural style.

Printing & Assembly Notes
- Material: PLA is highly recommended.
- Assembly: The sprue connection points have been thinned out. Use flush cutters or a hobby knife to snip them off, sand slightly, and assemble.
