Mimir - The Smartest Man Alive (Artistic Dual-Material Edition)
Bring a piece of Norse mythology to your desk! This artistic bust of Mimir from the God of War universe impresses with the unique contrast between the classic sculpture look and the exposed, golden interior.
The model has been optimized to be easy to print despite the complex details. An absolute eye-catcher for every fan and a great example of how well PLA Basic and PLA Silk harmonize.
Print Settings
To achieve this result, I recommend the following settings:
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm (for an optimal balance between print time and detail level).
• Speed: Outer walls printed at 100 mm/s to ensure clean surface quality.
• Materials:
• Bust: Bambu Lab PLA Basic (White)
• Golden Details: Bambu Lab PLA Silk (Gold)
• Structure: The stand is printed separately. This significantly simplifies printing the bust, saves support structures, and ensures a stable finish.
Assembly
After printing, the bust can simply be placed onto the stand. Depending on your printer's tolerances, a drop of super glue is recommended for a permanent hold.

Tip: If you want to emphasize the runes on the head even more, you can try a light "weathering" with dark acrylic paint after printing!
