I designed this project because I wanted a desk organizer that captured the soul of a classic LP while adding a secret "tech" twist. This model features an authentic, physically modeled spiral texture that mimics the tactile grooves of a real vinyl record. It’s not just a visual effect—you can actually feel the tracks. 📀
Hidden on the bottom surface, you'll find the embossed quote: "Anima Analogica in un Mondo Digitale" (Analog Soul in a Digital World). It’s a secret detail known only to you, right where the record meets your desk. 🖋️
This organizer is more than just a tribute; it’s a functional gadget featuring two integrated NFC tag slots, transforming a classic design into an interactive smart object. 📱
⚠️ IMPORTANT: PRINT DETAILS
- 🚫 NO SUPPORTS NEEDED: This model is 100% support-free. Print with confidence!
- 🌀 TRUE SPIRAL TEXTURE: The grooves are part of the 3D geometry. For the cleanest look (as seen in the photos), I recommend using PLA MATTE and a layer height of 0.16mm or lower to make the "vinyl tracks" pop.
- ⏸️ PRE-SET PAUSE: I have already included a Pause Command in the 3MF file at the exact layer height where the NFC slots are covered.
- 🛠️ EASY SETUP: When the printer stops, simply drop your NFC tags into the slots (see reference photo with arrows) and resume. They will be perfectly embedded and invisible!

How to use it? 🛠️
- Print: Start the print. 🖨️
- Insert Tags: The printer will automatically pause when it reaches the slot height. Insert your NFC tags (up to 25mm) where indicated and resume. 🔄
- Custom Label: To achieve the look shown in the photos, simply print your favorite record label on paper or sticker sheet and glue it to the center. 🖼️ (Note: The Pink Floyd label is for illustrative purposes and is not part of the 3D model).
